The Service is a web-based wellness quiz and coaching program that provides general wellness information and personalized recommendations based on user responses. The Service is not a medical service and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
The content of the Service is general wellness information. The Service is not a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle. The service provider is not liable for any health consequences resulting from following the Service's recommendations.
Quiz results, scores, and profile analyses are indicative estimates based on information self-reported by the user. The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the results for any particular purpose. Results are not scientifically validated diagnoses.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service provider is not liable for:
The service provider's maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service or 50 euros, whichever is less.
Paid coaching programs are processed through the Stripe payment platform. Once delivery of digital content has begun, the right of cancellation expires, provided the user has given explicit consent to this. Before accessing the content, the user has a 14-day cancellation right.
All content of the Service, including text, images, graphics, algorithms, and software code, is the property of the service provider. The user is granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
The user agrees to provide truthful information in the quiz, to use the Service only for personal purposes, not to copy or distribute the Service content, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
The service provider is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond the service provider's reasonable control.
