The service provider is not responsible for health consequences resulting from following the Service's recommendations.
Quiz results, scores, and profile analyses are indicative estimates based on user-reported information. The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of results for any particular purpose. Results are not scientifically validated diagnoses.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service provider is not liable for:
The service provider's maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service or $50, whichever is less.
Paid coaching programs are processed through the Stripe payment platform. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After the guarantee period, refunds are not available for digital content that has been accessed.
All Service content, including text, images, graphics, algorithms, and software code, is the property of the service provider. The user receives a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
The user agrees to provide truthful information in the quiz, use the Service only for personal purposes, not copy or distribute the Service content, and not use the Service for any illegal purpose.

The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms without separate notice. Changes take effect when published on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the UAE.
The service provider is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond the service provider's reasonable control.
